LARGO - Police were searching Friday for a man who held up the Wachovia Bank at 5250 East Bay Drive.

The man walked into the bank about 2:40 p.m. and waited in line for a teller. Once he was called to the counter, he took out a note demanding money. He implied he had a gun but one was not seen. No one was injured.

The robber is a white man who is about 5 feet 5 and 160 to 180 pounds. He has brown hair and wore a red ball cap with white trim. He also wore a light-colored shirt with a collar and bluish-green slacks. Anyone with information can call Largo police at 587-6730.
