Sideshow

MAN, I FEEL LIKE A WOMAN: Nothing on Fox's Dr. Frankenstein makeover series The Swan will compare with what was undertaken by "The Hawk."

Survivor all-star Sue Hawk, a former truck driver who, if you put stock in stereotyping, popped right out of the truck-driver mold, was given a complete makeover courtesy of the show biz TV show Extra after she complained about her post-All-Stars body.

Hawk's $100,000 overhaul included a breast enlargement, an eye lift, a facial peel, a tummy tuck and liposuction in her stomach and thighs, says Extra, which chronicled the process. After Hawk, 42, recovered from that, the show sent her to celebrity hairstylist Louis Licari, who dyed her mousy-brown hair blond, and clothing stylist Lawrence Zarian, whose worked included putting Hawk in high heels for the first time.

After seeing the results, Hawk said, "For the first time, I feel like a real woman."

Hawk's new look can be seen on tonight's Survivor: All-Stars live reunion show.

INDUCTION IS ONGOING: Hawk's makeover had Sideshow thinking about one of our favorite ways to pass the time: admitting celebrities to our Plastic Surgery Hall of Fame.

Our standards are broad. We take successes, failures (have to give credit for entertainment value provided) and celebs who won't confirm or deny but who don't pass our "meow" (as in, catty-instincts) test.

Some of our honorees:

Joan Rivers, 70. The plastic standard.

Supermodel-turned- Simon Cowell of America's Top Model, Janice Dickinson, 51. Even though for her latest book, she stole Sideshow's autobiography title: Everything About Me Is Fake . . . And I'm Perfect.

Katie Couric, 47. You can still hear the buzz that she went to bangs a few months ago to hide her forehead in anticipation of an eyebrow lift. She denies it.

Sheryl Crow, 42. She's never broached the topic, but it looks like Sue Hawk picked out the Sheryl Crow model for her makeover.
