Holder seeks delay in plagiarism case

TAMPA - Lawyers representing Hillsborough Circuit Judge Greg Holder against plagiarism allegations are asking the Judicial Qualifications Commission for a 90-day delay of a hearing on the evidence scheduled for June 14.

Holder says he needs more time to prepare because one of his key attorneys, Greg Kehoe, is flying to Iraq to help prepare criminal cases against Saddam Hussein and his toppled regime. Holder is accused of cribbing another man's paper for promotion in the Air Force reserve.
