CLEARWATER - Prosecutors on Monday lodged 54 more grand theft and unlicensed contracting charges against the former owner of a Clearwater pool business. Mark Langley, 45, was first arrested last fall on charges he charged people for pool construction work, then never started the projects or left them half-done.

Langley posted $170,000 bail after that arrest and was scheduled for a pretrial hearing Monday.

Prosecutors at the hearing filed the additional 54 charges.

Judge Brandt Downey set bail at $100,000, which Langley posted later Monday. Langley, who now lists his address in Boca Raton, owned Pool Solutions in Clearwater, also known as Pool Solutions West Coast and Swim Temp.
