ST. PETERSBURG - What changes did the 2004 Florida Legislature make that community associations should be aware of? A panel of experts will present an update at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, 12600 Roosevelt Blvd.

The update is part of a breakfast sponsored by the Community Associations Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides education, information and training for residents, managers and professionals who deal with condos, co-ops and homeowner associations. Participants are Peter M. Dunbar, a lawyer and author of The Condominium Concept; Travis Moore, CAI's lobbyist; and Jonathan J. Damonte, a lawyer.

The cost is $10 for members, $12 for nonmembers. Reservations are required. Call CAI at 727 345-0165 or visit www.suncoastcai.com
