The University of South Florida Board of Trustees voted Thursday to increase tuition an additional 2.5 percent for out-of-state graduate and undergraduate students.

The increase comes on top of a tuition increase - 7.5 percent for in-state undergraduates and 12.5 percent for everybody else - that was approved by the Legislature earlier this spring.
