ZEPHYRHILLS - A 20-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday, accused of armed trafficking in methamphetamine.

Michael Aaron Farmer, whose address was listed as unknown on his arrest report, was pulled over in a routine traffic stop and arrested on a charge of driving with his license suspended with knowledge, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office reported.

A search of Farmer's vehicle revealed about 14.1 grams of methamphetamine and an assault-style rifle, the Sheriff's Office reported.

Farmer is an admitted methamphetamine abuser and manufacturer, the Sheriff's Office reported.

Farmer was arrested on a charge of armed trafficking in methamphetamine and held at Land O'Lakes Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
