Church employees now wear khakis and dress shirts rather than the naval-themed uniforms of years past. But their homogenous look makes them unmistakable. The church says it will have a workforce of more than 2,500 after the Flag Building opens. Church officials say crowds of staffers will come off the streets once the Flag Building opens.
