LUTZ - The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has identified the man whose body was found in a pond off N Dale Mabry Highway as 57-year-old Richard Lewis Stanley.

The pond is behind Al's Lawn Care Products, where Stanley worked and lived, the Sheriff's Office said. Co-workers last saw him when they were drinking behind the store about 9 p.m. Tuesday. They discovered his body the next morning.

A toxicology report is pending, but foul play is not suspected, the Sheriff's Office said.
