TAMPA - St. Petersburg Fire Rescue workers found the body of a 51-year-old Riverview woman floating 400 feet from the Skyway Bridge on Thursday afternoon.
Her Toyota was found later on the bridge in the southbound emergency lane. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating Joni Joyce Cabiness' death as a suicide.
