PINE ISLAND - Test results received by the Hernando County Health Department indicate that water quality for the beach at Alfred A. McKethan Park is now in the "good" range.

Elevated levels of enteric bacteria had prompted health officials to issue the swimming advisory Friday. That advisory has been rescinded. For questions call Albert C. Gray, environmental manager at (352) 540-6802.
