The following events and hours of municipal offices have been canceled, rescheduled or closed:

The Clearwater Fine Arts Festival at Harborview Center has been canceled.

The Safety Harbor Regional Museum of History will be closed today. It will reopen Saturday. A meet-the-artists reception has been rescheduled for 6-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20.

The Clearwater Marine Aquarium will be closed today. It may reopen Saturday, depending on the storm.

A candidates forum Saturday in St. Petersburg is canceled.

St. Petersburg College will be closed today and Saturday.

Westfield Shoppingtown will be closed today.

The Back to School Pizza Party for kids in North Greenwood has been postponed to 6 p.m. Aug. 20 at Bethany Christian Methodist Church, 1325 Springdale St. in Clearwater.

Belleair Town Hall will be open until about noon, depending on weather conditions. There will be garbage pickup. Crews will be on call for cleanup on Saturday.

Belleair Bluffs city offices are closed. There is no garbage pickup.

Clearwater City Hall is closed. Citizen information is open at 562-4636. There will be garbage pickup.

Dunedin City Hall will be open as long as weather conditions permit. There will be garbage pickup but no recycling pickup.

Largo City Hall, Largo Library and all city recreation parks and arts facilities will be closed today . There will be no residential solid waste, yard waste, recycling or bulk pickup. Commercial pickup will end at noon today.

Oldsmar city offices are closed.

Safety Harbor city offices are closed. There will be garbage pickup.

Tarpon Springs city offices are closed.
