Chris Coughlin has been named a project manager for MiraBay in Hillsborough County. Coughlin was a development manager for Terrabrook in Virginia.


The Cambridge School of Tampa announced its new board members and officers for 2004-05. New board members are: Michael Cobb , Wanda Dearolf , Melissa Helms, Paul Keiper and Mike Willis. Officers are: Michael Cobb, chairman; Jake Beckel, vice chairman; Paul Keiper, treasurer; and Wanda Dearolf, secretary. Cobb is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP; Beckel is president and chief executive of Custom Care Pharmacy; Dearolf is a community volunteer; Keiper is a partner with Ernst & Young LLP; Helms is co-owner of Keep Me in Stitches; and Willis is a certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. All are in Tampa.


Barbara Curts has been named vice president and office manager for the Bank of St. Petersburg's downtown Tampa office. Curts was vice president and customer service manager at the downtown Tampa office of Bank of America.

Cindy Adams has been named Wholesale Underwriter of the Year by the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. Adams is an underwriter for Irwin Mortgage Corp., Clearwater.


Kirsten Sorenson has been promoted to director of marketing for Hartley Health Care Services Inc., Pinellas Park. Sorenson was a medical transcriber.


The Tampa Connection, a nonprofit leadership development organization, announced its officers and board of directors. Officers are: Annette Spina, chairwoman; Ric Sierra, vice chairman; Sheau-Lei Houghton Ellison, secretary; and Michele Mangan, treasurer. Board members are: Alec Brophy, Ed Carlstedt, Braton Cole, Shira D. Coxbill, Charles H. Fisher Jr., Shannon Glor, Mike Helton, Pam McFarlin, T. Corey Neil, Scott Newman, Cindy Oster, Larry Parkin, Susan Roberts, Joel Stephens, Janel Tackney and Betty Tribble. Spina is special assistant to the director for the city of Tampa-Code Enforcement; Sierra is human resources manager for the Tampa Tribune; Houghton Ellison is a private client manager in the private banking division for Bank of America, Tampa; Mangan is a senior tax manager for Pender Newkirk & Co., Tampa; Brophy is vice president of finance and administration for the Tampa Bay Partnership, Tampa; Carlstedt is a lawyer with Trenam Kemker, Tampa; Cole is a tax accountant for Bay4 Capital, Safety Harbor; Coxbill is chief financial officer of J.C. Newman Cigar Co., Tampa; Fisher is a shareholder with Reilly, Fisher & Solomon, Tampa; Glor is assistant vice president of Merrill Lynch, Tampa; Helton is a tax manager for Rivero, Gordimer & Co., Tampa; McFarlin is volunteer coordinator for KidsVoting Tampa Bay, Tampa; Neil is vice president of the Bank of Tampa, Tampa; Newman is a senior Web developer for TransWorld Diversified Services, Tampa; Oster is assistant county attorney with the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office; Tampa; Parkin is senior vice president/private banking regional manager of SunTrust Bank, Tampa; Roberts is a program manager at the volunteer center for United Way of Tampa Bay, Tampa; Stephens is a producer for Thomas Financial Group, Tampa; Tackney is project leader for business process improvement for CP Ships, Tampa; and Tribble is vice president of volunteer services for the United Way of Tampa.


Cecelia Ford has been named regional director for WRH Realty Services Inc., St. Petersburg. Ford was regional property manager for Ballast Point Management Services, St. Petersburg
