Man faces molestation charges on 3-year-old

ZEPHYRHILLS - A 19-year-old man was arrested Wednesday, accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior with a 3-year-old girl.

According to a Zephyrhills Police report, James Edward Yawn of 38413 13th Ave. in Zephyrhills touched the girl in her genital area, fondled himself in her presence and intentionally showed her pornographic footage on June 20 and July 10.

Among Yawn's charges were lewd and lascivious molestation and lewd and lascivious exhibition, Zephyrhills police reported.

He was being held at the Land O'Lakes jail in lieu of $40,250 bail.
