Motorist charged in road-rage incident

By Associated Press

WILDWOOD - A Mississippi man has been charged with shooting at a semitrailer truck after the two drivers jockeyed for position in a road-rage incident in Central Florida. No one was injured. Witnesses say Roy Bruce Day, 24, of Florence, Miss., tried to cut off the truck when Corey Glover forced the car onto the shoulder and then onto the median south of Wildwood. Day caught up and fired a .380-caliber gun at the truck before losing control and blowing a tire, the Florida Highway Patrol reported. Glover was interviewed more than 100 miles away by an FHP supervisor in Duval County.
