Steve Pachosa, left, and Kevin Whalen star in All My Sons, the 1947 play that established Arthur Miller as a major voice in the theater. Fathers and sons, the American dream gone bad, conflicts between business and personal life, greed and guilt - all the Miller themes are there in the post-World War II drama about a factory owner who profited by selling defective airplane parts to the government, with deadly consequences. It was made into a movie with Edward G. Robinson and Burt Lancaster. The Stageworks production opens Friday and runs through Sept. 19 in the Shimberg Playhouse of the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, 1010 N W.C. MacInnes Place. Shows are at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday, $11.25 to $22.50 ($10 for tonight's preview). (813) 229-7827.
