PORT RICHEY - A 40-year-old man was arrested Tuesday, accused of molesting an 11-year-old boy in 2001.

The boy and his brother told a detective that Christopher Homer Miller fondled the boy.

Miller, of 9324 Ottawa Street in New Port Richey, told the detective there may have been a time when he was mad at the victim and he grabbed the victim's genitals in a violent, but nonsexual way, a Sheriff's Office report said.

Miller was being held in the county jail Wednesday on one count of "lewd or lascivious," the report said. His bail was set at $15,000.
