Meanwhile, Florida Power & Light of Juno Beach said it expects the two generating units at its St. Lucie nuclear plant to be restarted sometime Tuesday and back to full power by the end of the week. The St. Lucie plant, on Hutchinson Island near Fort Pierce, was shut down Sept. 4 as Frances approached.
