LAND O'LAKES - A 46-year-old man was arrested Tuesday, accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl.
The girl told a Pasco sheriff's detective that Rodney Keith Moser had fondled her on seven or eight separate occasions, starting in September 2003.
Moser admitted that earlier this month he rubbed the girl's breasts over her clothing in a sexual manner, according to a Sheriff's Office report. He denied touching other parts of her body.
Moser, of 5323 Village Lane, was released from the county jail Tuesday night after posting $5,000 bail. He faces a charge of lewd or lascivious molestation.
