"Community Harvest' - Throughout September Columbia Restaurants will donate 5 percent of patrons' checks to area charities. Participating restaurants include those in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Ybor City and Sarasota. Charities include N.O.T.E. (National Organization for Transplant Enlightenment), Make-A-Wish Foundation, Alzheimer's Association, Hospice.

Epcot Food and Wine Festival - Oct. 1-through Nov. 14, with specialty food, samplings of wine and beer from around the world and special events.
