Boats - Sekou Sundiata's solo show, blessing the boats, runs Oct. 1-3 in the Shimberg Playhouse of Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, Tampa. $18.50.

Honor - Sarasota Actor's Workshop performs "Honor," an evening of new one-act plays, at the JABU Center, Sarasota, Oct. 1-17. $10.

Lary - Community theater's Lary Awards are handed out Oct. 3 at the Largo Cultural Center. $27.50.

Blues - Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota, opens its season Oct. 5-Dec. 3 with It Ain't Nothin' But the Blues. $18-$30.

Romantics - Ian Frost and Bill Studdiford present The Three Romantics: Byron, Shelley and Keats Oct. 8 at Tarpon Springs Cultural Center. $10, $12.

Annie - M.A.D. Theatre of Tampa stages Annie Oct. 8-17 at Hillsborough Community College, Ybor City. $14, $15.

Dwarfs - Guilfoil Ballet Theater dances Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Oct. 13-17 at the Royalty Theater, Clearwater. $3-$12.

Frights - The Palladium Theater, St. Petersburg, has a student production for Halloween, Nights of Frights, Oct. 29-31. $5.

Poets - Russell Simmons' Def Poetry Jam is at Van Wezel Hall, Sarasota, Nov. 5. $29, $39.

USF - The fall dance concert by USF students is Nov. 5-13 in Theatre 1, Tampa. $6, $12.
