NEW PORT RICHEY - Jeanne sent shivers through Pasco on Sunday, but at least one person is guaranteed sunnier times.

The Florida Lottery said an $11-million Lotto ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven at 6315 Rowan Road. Only one ticket matched all six winning numbers - 4-7-18-20-25-32 - in Saturday's drawing. The convenience store was closed Sunday due to the storm.
