Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate has announced the sale of a 1.7-acre outparcel of land at the Lowe's shopping center on Little Road and Ridge Road for $575,000. According to Renee Dyer, who handled the transaction, the buyer will develop a 7,000-square foot strip center. The buyer is SC USA Ridge Road, L.L.C.

Meredith Censullo brings more than six years of journalism experience to the position of staff writer at John Heagney Public Relations, a full service public relations firm in Holiday. Before joining the firm, Censullo was a news anchor and education reporter for WJHL-TV, the CBS affiliate in Johnson City, Tenn. She received the 2003 Tennessee Education Association School Bell Award for outstanding education reporting. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in electronic journalism from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. A native of Papillion, Neb., she lives in Tampa.
