JoAnn Kelly, 64 surveys the damage to her home in New Port Richey on Monday. Kelly and her dog Scooby were home alone Sunday when she suddenly heard a loud crash. "I looked out the window and thought my God what's that, somebody's roof blew off. Then I heard water pouring in and realized it was mine!" she said. Her husband Nick rushed home from work to find almost a foot of water in their home. They worked all night funneling the water out through their patio.
