Fifteen year old Jason Smith rides a skimboard in the front yard of his home on Brisk Dr. in Wesley Chapel. Flooding caused by Jeanne was not as deep as the flood waters from Frances when Smith paddled a canoe in the front yard. Smith and his friends were enjoying a day off from school at Wesley Chapel High School.
