CLEARWATER - A free class on financial management of condominium associations will be from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 20 at the Clearwater Central Inn & Suites, 21338 U.S. 19 N.
The class will cover financial statements, generally accepted accounting principles, year-end statements and federal income-tax filing responsibilities, reserve studies and assessment of financial health.
The class is offered by the Community Associations Institute, which provides education, training and information to residents, owners and service providers of condos, co-ops and homeowner associations.
