Monroe & Giordano, 777 S Harbour Island Blvd., Suite 140, Tampa, has arranged the following financing: Lakeside manufactured housing community, 166 home sites on 38 acres in Ellenwood, Ga., $2.3-million; Savanna Club Golf and Tennis Resort, Port St. Lucie, for phases five and six, 1,392 home sites on 272.33 acres, $9.87-million; and Lake Deer Mobile Hamlet manufactured housing community, 128 home sites and five recreational vehicle spaces in Winter Haven, $2.1-million.

MULTIMEDIA

Blue Reef Digital Studios, 245 Central Ave., Suite A, St. Petersburg, received a "Henry" Award at this year's 2004 Flager Awards. Created by the Florida Commission on Tourism, the Flager Awards recognize outstanding tourism marketing in Florida. Blue Reef won for its creation of a film commission guide for the department of the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention and Visitors Bureau that promotes Pinellas County as a location for film and video productions to local, regional and national film and advertising industries.
