BANKS

Kendel M. Jensen was named senior vice president and Southeast regional sales manager for government treasury management for Bank of America, Tampa. Jensen was city president for North Pinellas County and Tampa Bay government banking manager for SunTrust Bank, Dunedin.

CONSTRUCTION

Ed Small was promoted to vice president of purchasing for the Central Florida Division of U.S. Home Corp., Tampa. Small was a purchasing manager.

EDUCATION

Nancy Pyle McGee was named chairwoman of the fashion design department of the International Academy of Design and Technology, Tampa; McGee was associate chairwoman, acting chairwoman and director of special projects at Parson's School of Design, New York.

MANUFACTURING

Henri Van Parys was named corporate communications manager for IC Intracom, Oldsmar. Parys was a senior manager/corporate public relations for Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Willow Grove, Pa.

MISCELLANEOUS

Protiviti, Tampa, announced these appointments and promotions. Appointments: Vickie Patterson, senior manager of internal audit services; and Jerry Meyers, manager of the technology risk practice. Promotions: JoAnne Clark and Kristin Allen, managers of internal audit; and Ryan Mackie, senior consultant of technology risk. Patterson was manager of audit services for H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Tampa; Meyers was manager of the controls assurance practice for Deloitte and Touche, Tampa; Clark and Allen were senior consultants; and Mackie was a consultant.

NONPROFIT

Brian Kridler was promoted to director of strategic initiatives for the YMCA of the Suncoast, Clearwater. Kridler was director of new development.

LaDawn Milton was promoted to vice president of operations and administration for Metropolitan Ministries, Tampa. Milton was director of donor services.

ORGANIZATIONS
