HOLIDAY - A 32-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after a 9-year-old girl told detectives he had performed oral sex on her.

Marlowe Rudolph Mark Woodyard admitted he had touched the girl in a sexual manner, a Pasco Sheriff's Office report said.

The Monday act was discovered by a woman who tried to call authorities, but Woodyard took the phone from her, the report said.

Woodyard of 3612 Brookston Drive was held without bail in the county jail Wednesday. He faces charges of capital sexual battery and tampering with a witness.
