Sweet potatoes. I love finding that fries can be orange and packed with vitamins, as they are at Tangelo's in St. Petersburg or Sloppy Joe's on Treasure Island. In fact, almost any potato dish is fun with yams instead, from mashed to the baked sweet potatoes at many steak houses. Potato chips work well; how about vichyssoise or sweet potato salad?
