Gerdau Ameristeel Corp., 5100 W Lemon St., Suite 312, Tampa, has entered into an agreement with Cargill Inc. and certain subsidiaries to purchase the fixed assets and working capital of four long steel product minimills in St. Paul, Minn., Wilton, Iowa, Calvert City, Ky., and Beaumont, Texas; three wire rod processing facilities in Beaumont, Carrollton, Texas, and Memphis; and a grinding ball facility in Duluth, Minn.

MULTIMEDIA

Tampa Digital Studios, 718 S Howard Ave., Tampa, has completed post production for the 2004 Ironman Triathlon World Championship television programs. The seven one-hour programs will air on Outdoor Life Network.
