Police say woman was raped, robbed

TAMPA - Police are looking for a man who raped and robbed an employee at the Sensations lingerie shop early Thursday.

According to a police report, the man walked into Sensations, 3225 W Cypress St., at 2 a.m. with a black handgun. He dragged the employee, whose identity was not released, into the back room and took money from her purse, police said. Then he raped her and tied her hands behind her back with duct tape. He ran out a back door, taking a camcorder from the business with him.

Fire rescue workers treated the victim at the scene, according to the police report.

The suspect is a white and in his early to mid 20s, 5-feet-6 to 5-feet-8, with a medium build. He is clean shaven and wore dark blue pants and shirt with a blue beanie cap and dirty white sneakers, police said. He may have been wearing glasses, police said.
