Kelly Courtney, the Spring Hill chiropractor arrested Wednesday and charged with inappropriately touching two of his teenage patients, was arrested again on Friday afternoon.

He faces another count of sexual battery, the Hernando County Sheriff's Office said. Courtney was previously charged with two counts of sexual battery and 15 counts of lewd of lascivious battery, both felonies.

Courtney, 44, is the owner of Cornerstone Chiropractic Center at 5119 Commercial Way in Spring Hill.

The new arrest stems from a third victim who came forward to complain about treatment she received from Courtney in September, the sheriff's office said. This victim, an adult female, went to his office to have her spine adjusted, but she told officers that Courtney touched her sexually as part her treatment, the sheriff's office said.

Courtney was transported to the Hernando County Jail and was being held in lieu of $250,000 bail.
