Pinellas County's Heritage Village is an interesting place on any day with its Victorian and pioneer houses, its sugar cane mill, school houses, church and other buildings from the county's history.
The village really comes alive on its annual Country Jubilee each October, with more than 100 craft exhibitors, antique cars, entertainment, children's activities and living history exhibits. The historic structures also are open for tours.

Heritage Village is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sundays. During the school year, the houses may be closed for school tours in the morning, so it's wise to call first.
