WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: Named after the neighborhood's original name, Asbury Park Villas sold out before construction ended, said Jolene Saladino of the project's LIST Realty. However, six units bought by investors are up for sale. "The No. 1 attractor is Bayshore," she said. Residents will have front-row seats to the city's favorite spot for walking, exercising and enjoying the views.
TIMELINE: Construction should be done by March.
