TAMPA - Dining rooms and kitchens of six homes on Morrison Avenue in Old Hyde Park will be on tour from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 6.

The homes were built between 1915 and 1925 and retain historic touches even though the kitchens have been modernized.

The dining tables will be decorated by local restaurants and housewares stores.

The tour is sponsored by Hyde Park Preservation. Proceeds will be used to produce the second installment of "Memories of Old Hyde Park," a series of three videos documenting the history of the neighborhood.

Tickets are $15 in advance. Send a check payable to Hyde Park Preservation, c/o HPPI Kitchen Tour, 807 S Newport Ave., Tampa 33606. On tour days tickets are $20 and may be purchased cash or check only on Morrison Avenue at Rome and Newport avenues. For information, visit www.oldhydeparkfl.org
