Help requested to locate missing 75-year-old man

CLEARWATER - Police are seeking help in locating a 75-year-old man who wandered away from an assisted living facility in Clearwater on Sunday.

Walter Cox was last seen wearing a pink polo shirt and khaki pants when he apparently left the ALF near Montclair and Sunset Point roads. Cox is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches, 140 pounds, with salt-and-pepper hair and blue eyes. He may appear confused or afraid. Anyone with information on Cox is asked to notify Detective Anthony Monte at 562-4395, or the communications department after hours at 562-4242.
