The Women's Guild of Forest Oaks Lutheran Church will host its 20th annual arts and crafts festival from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday. There will be homebaked goods, jams and jellies, relishes and soup mixes, crafts, Christmas ornaments and decorations and needlework. Raffle tickets will be sold to win a handmade king/queen sized quilt. Snacks, drinks and a light lunch will be available. The FOCUS Youth Group will be washing cars from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
