TAMPA - The Shop 'Til You Drop shopping spree begins today at participating retailers. The program's cards, available for $50, provide a 20 percent discount at more than 250 stores and restaurants, including at Old Hyde Park Village, WestShore Plaza and throughout South Tampa.
The shopping period runs through Nov. 7. Proceeds from the cards benefit the Children's Dream Fund and the Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

TAMPA - Enjoy a meal while learning a new language at five-week beginning conversational Italian and Spanish classes.
Instructor Roberto Alvarez leads Italian classes at Buca di Beppo, 15511 N Dale Mabry Highway, from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursdays, starting next week. Another Italian class began Tuesday at Castellano & Pizzo, 4220 Henderson Blvd., and continues for four more weeks.
Spanish classes run from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursdays, starting next week at Castellano & Pizzo.
Class sizes are limited and registration is required. Each course costs $185 and includes materials and a three-course meal each week.

HISTORIC HYDE PARK - Learn the tricks of wreath making and the secrets to making the perfect bow at the Moonlight Garden Circle's November program on Tuesday at the Tampa Garden Center, 2629 Bayshore Blvd.
An informal garden talk will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by a presentation on holiday wreath making by Ingrid Walden from Michael's craft store at 7 p.m.

TAMPA - Dr. Hugo Pribor will present three seminars on anti-aging medicine at his Corporate One Center office, 2202 N West Shore Blvd., Suite 200.
Pribor, a Tampa physician certified in Age Management Medicine from the Cenegenics Medical Institute, will discuss how men and women can improve their overall health through preventive medicine that reduces menopause symptoms, positively affects signs of aging and restores sexual vigor.
Pribor will present "Hype & Hope: The Truth about Human Growth Hormone" on Thursday, followed by "Tap Into Full Reserves: Anti-Aging Medicine" on Nov. 17, "HRT and Preventing Disease" on Nov. 30.
