Conflict resolution class for condo, co-op owners

ST. PETERSBURG - A free course on conflict resolution for board members and unit owners of condos and co-ops will be from 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 9 at the Azalea Adult Recreation Center, 1600 72nd St. N.

The course will cover creation and enforcement of rules and their impact on unit owners, group interaction, conflict management and communications, and litigation alternatives.

The course is taught by the Suncoast chapter of the Community Associations Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides education, training and information to residents, owners, managers and service providers at condos, co-ops and homeowner associations.
