BUSES AND STREETCARS: HARTline, HARTPlus will operate on a Saturday schedule Thursday. The streetcars will operate from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday.
SHOPPING MALLS: International Plaza, WestShore Plaza, University Mall, Westfield Shoppingtown Citrus Park and Westfield Shoppingtown Brandon will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday.
GARBAGE COLLECTION: Tampa will have no commercial, residential or recycling collection service Thursday. All routes will be picked up Friday. All residential garbage, curbside recycling, commercial service and special service will run one day late through Saturday . The McKay Bay Transfer Station and Scalehouse and South Manhattan Brush Site will be open until noon Thursday. Temple Terrace will have no residential garbage and recycling collection on Thursday. POST OFFICES: The Tampa International Airport facility will be open 24 hours Thursday. All other branches will be closed.
SCHOOLS: All Hillsborough County public schools will be closed Thursday. The school system's administrative offices will be open. Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida are closed Thursday. The University of Tampa is open.
LIBRARIES: All public libraries will be closed at 6 p.m. Wednesday and closed all day Thursday. All public libraries will resume regular hours Friday.
BANKS: All banks will be closed Thursday.
ATTRACTIONS, MUSEUMS: * The Tampa Museum of Art will be open Thursday.
* The Florida Aquarium will be open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday.
* Busch Gardens will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday.
* Lowry Park Zoo will be open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday.
RECREATION: * Tampa Recreation Department - all pools, playgrounds, recreation centers, art studios, fitness centers and beaches will be closed Thursday.
* Hillsborough County Recreation Department centers will be closed Thursday.
