Expect late-night delays at I-275, I-4

There will be lane closures between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. from tonight through Thursday.

TAMPA - Reconstruction work on the Interstate 275 and Interstate 4 interchange will cause lane closures on the interstates and delays tonight through Thursday between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Streets near the interchange also will be affected.

NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND I-275: One to two lanes will be closed between the Hillsborough River near Ashley Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Southbound traffic will be detoured through the Jefferson Street ramp system. WESTBOUND I-4: One to two lanes will be closed between 21st Street and 1-275.

NORTHBOUND I-275 RAMP TO EAST I-4: One lane will be closed.

WESTBOUND I-4 RAMP TO SOUTHBOUND I-275: One lane will be closed.

SOUTHBOUND I-275 AND WESTBOUND I-4: Exit ramps to Jefferson Street will be closed. Traffic will be detoured to the Ashley Drive ramp.

ENTRANCE RAMP TO I-275/I-4 FROM JEFFERSON/SCOTT/ORANGE: Ramps will be closed alternately. Traffic will be detoured to the adjacent open ramp.

FLORIDA AVENUE: Full closure between Scott Street and Kay Street under I-275. Traffic will be detoured east on Scott, north on Marion, west on Kay back to Florida.

NEBRASKA AVENUE: Traffic between Columbus Drive and Palm Avenue will be shifted to opposite lanes or detoured through Columbus Drive, Central Avenue and Palm Avenue between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday and Monday, Nov. 15 through Nov. 20.
