The junior already had the Conference USA season rushing record, but why not tack on a school-record 263 yards and two long touchdowns?

The junior had his fourth straight 100-yard game, finishing with 134 yards, but couldn't come up with 1 yard - three times - when the Bulls were stuffed on pivotal fourth-and-1 plays.

DANNY WIMPRINE: MEMPHIS QUARTERBACK

The senior quietly moved the chains the entire game, passing for seven first downs and rushing for four. He finished an efficient 12-for-20 for 142 yards with one touchdown and a two-point conversion.
