Beach Walk – a major makeover
A wavelike waterfront promenade, a half-mile long, will overlay what now is S Gulfview Boulevard. Palm trees, tropical plants, seating, courtyards and plazas will line the way. The goal: a pedestrian environment blending a European feel with Florida beach traditions. The Cost: $15-million.
