The median was a bit lower in Redington Shores, $355,000. The sales price closest to the median was $360,000, which in August bought a waterfront home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has 1,500 square feet of space, terrazzo flooring and a Franklin stove fireplace. Outside features include boat slip, davits, dock and sea wall. It was built in 1957, and the lot is 45 by 105 feet.
