On Treasure Island, the median price was $406,000 and bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home in July. The lot is 70 feet by 120 feet. The house sits on a canal and has a boat slip, dock and sea wall plus a swimming pool. Interior space measures 1,580 square feet. The yard is fenced and there is a two-car carport. The house was built in 1958.
