In West Seminole, the median price was $175,000. This two-story home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms sold for $155,000 in March. Its lot is 81 feet by 110 feet. The house has 1,503 square feet of space in a great room plan with cathedral ceilings. It was built in 1980 and has a two-car garage with washer/dryer hookups, fenced yard and screened porch.
