CENTRAL OAK PARK, $89,950
In St. Petersburg’s Central Oak Park, the median was $89,950. The closest sale to that was $89,250 in April. That bought a two-bedroom, one-bath house. with a lot measuring 47 feet by 127 feet. The house has 962 square feet of space and was built in 1940. The kitchen has eating space.
