DISSTON HEIGHTS, $115,000
Disston Heights in St. Petersburg had a median sales price of $115,000. That bought a two-bedroom, one-bath house in January 2003. The 1,104-square-foot house has a newly finished Florida room, French doors and a fireplace. The corner lot measures 78 by 100 feet.
