The Old Northeast in St. Petersburg is one of the city’s prestigious neighborhoods. Its median sales price last year was $247,000. That bought a three-bedroom, three-bath house in February. The house has 2,190 square feet of space in two stories and was built in 1937. Its interior includes vaulted ceiling and fireplace, eating space in the kitchen, formal dining room and the split bedroom plan. The lot is 60 by 100 feet. Exterior features include a two-car garage with washer/dryer hookups, fenced yard, screened enclosure and utility shed.
